Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support. Responsibilities include recruitment, accounts management, conducting orientations, and preparing financial reports. Candidates should have a strong educational background and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Familiarity with QuickBooks and MS Office suite is preferred.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office admin support
  • Full-cycle recruitment and on-boarding for new joiners.
  • Administer work pass application, renewal and cancellation.
  • Conduct new joiners' orientation and ensure smooth on-boarding for all new joiners.
  • Assist/Handle full set of accounts, including Account Payable and Account Receivable, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliation.
  • Generate invoices to customers on monthly basis.
  • Prepare GIRO collection/ payment via online banking.
  • Prepare Payroll and CPF submission.
  • Prepare payments to vendors via online banking/ TT remittance.
  • Prepare financial reports for management.

Job Requirements

  • Familiar with Accounting Software QuickBooks preferred.
  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Well versed in computer skills such as MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be meticulous, resourceful and able to multi-tasks in handling tasks.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printer machines.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Team player, meticulous and able to work independently with minimal supervision within tight deadlines.
