A local established construction company in Aljunied is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts for three companies. Responsibilities include GST submissions, managing payments, and liaising with financial institutions. Candidates should possess a Diploma in Accounting and proficiency in MYOB. This position offers a performance bonus and a typical work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.

What you will be doing:
Manage 3 companies full set of accounts.
GST submission.
Update collection of cash, cheques and manage GIRO payments.
Issue sales invoice.
Involved in yearly accounting audit with external auditors and tax agents.
Liaise with banks, contractors and vendors for financing documents.
Job Requirements
At least Diploma in Accounting.
Proficient in MYOB and accounts set up for new companies.
