Job description

Working Day & Time: Mon to Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm

Location: Hougang

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain Full Set of Accounts.

  • Oversee Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable functions.

  • Prepare, analyze, and evaluate monthly and yearly financial statements and performance metrics.

  • Manage and track company inventory levels.

  • Prepare and submit GST returns on time.

  • Establish and maintain effective accounting controls and procedures.

  • Oversee financial year-end closing processes.

  • Provide financial analysis for individual projects.

  • Record and manage transactions and journal entries.

  • Handle staff claims and payroll processing.

  • Manage billing and payments for debtors and suppliers.

  • Monitor taxation requirements and ensure proper tax filing and compliance.

  • Liaise with auditors to address queries during annual audits and quarterly GST return submissions.

  • Assist with preparation and management of company tax matters.

  • Supervise the accounting team in daily operations and tasks.

  • Assist with logistics and shipment coordination related to company inventories.

  • Undertake other ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed.

  • Provide support to the HR team with tasks such as foreign worker applications, employee payroll, leave records, and other HR-related matters.
