Job summary
A transport service company in Singapore is seeking a finance professional to handle accounts preparation, financial reports, GST filing, and payroll processing. Responsibilities
- Handle accounts preparation (AR, AP, GL and bank reconciliation)
- Handle monthly and yearly financial management reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash flow statement)
- Handle GST filing, conduct income tax computation reviews, and ensure timely tax filing.
- Handle payroll processing, IR8A and IR21.
- Liaise and coordinate with auditors, tax agents, banks and other government agencies when necessary.
- Manage petty cash and staff claims.
- Assist in general office administration
- Take on any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or any other equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Computer literate, proficient in online accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Independant, meticulous and ability to work within tight deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility.
