Job summary

A transport service company in Singapore is seeking a finance professional to handle accounts preparation, financial reports, GST filing, and payroll processing. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Accountancy and at least 2 years of relevant experience, along with proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.

Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Handle accounts preparation (AR, AP, GL and bank reconciliation)
  2. Handle monthly and yearly financial management reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash flow statement)
  3. Handle GST filing, conduct income tax computation reviews, and ensure timely tax filing.
  4. Handle payroll processing, IR8A and IR21.
  5. Liaise and coordinate with auditors, tax agents, banks and other government agencies when necessary.
  6. Manage petty cash and staff claims.
  7. Assist in general office administration
  8. Take on any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or any other equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Computer literate, proficient in online accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Independant, meticulous and ability to work within tight deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility.
