Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive to maintain a full set of accounts, manage AR/AP and perform month-end close. GST schedules must be prepared and submitted on time, with accurate documentation.

The candidate should have a Diploma in Accounting or related field, at least two years of accounting experience, and strong Excel skills with ERP familiarity. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm, at Defu Lane.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or related discipline.
• At least two years of relevant accounting experience, including hands-on full-set accounting and month-end closing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a complete set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger.
• Prepare quarterly GST schedules and support timely GST submissions.
• Maintain complete and organised finance records and supporting documents.
• Perform month-end closing activities and ensure financial reports are completed within the required timelines.
• Perform other related accounting and finance duties as assigned.

Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits

Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain a complete set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger.
• Prepare quarterly GST schedules and support timely GST submissions.
• Maintain complete and organised finance records and supporting documents.
• Perform month-end closing activities and ensure financial reports are completed within the required timelines.
• Perform other related accounting and finance duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• At least two years of relevant accounting experience, including hands-on full-set accounting and month-end closing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting or ERP systems.
