• Handle full set of accounts including GL, AR, AP, Balance sheet, P&L.
• Prepare monthly management report and quarterly GST reconciliation.
• Handle HR matters including payroll and CPF submission.

Job description

Job Description:

• To handle full set of accounts including preparation of General Ledger, AR, AP, Balance sheet, P&L for monthly and yearly reporting

• Prepare monthly management report

• Reconcile monthly bank statement

• Handle petty cash

• Prepare quarterly GST reconciliation for submission

• Perform monthly accounts payable function in preparation of payments to vendors

• Liaising with external accountants for preparation of Annual Report and Audit

• Handle HR matters, payroll, CPF submission, MOM

• Perform any other administrative/accounting duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification with minimum of 3 years of experience in financial

• Proficient in AutoCount, MS Excel and MS Word

• Proficient in English and Chinese

• Independent and proactive team player with the abilities to handle tight deadlines

• Able to start work in short notice
