We’re Hiring: Accounts Executive – Join the Team Auto Family!

Do you enjoy working with numbers and keeping things organized? Team Auto, a fast-growing company in Singapore’s automotive industry is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing Team of Automotive Professionals!

This role isn’t just about numbers — you’ll also be part of the action, supporting our team with insurance claim processes (training provided!) and helping keep our operations smooth and efficient.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping: invoices, payments, receipts, and records

• Prepare monthly statement of accounts for customers and internal review

• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records

• Human Resource support

• Provide secondary support on insurance claim documentation and coordination

• Collaborate with admin and sales teams to ensure seamless workflow

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience

• Meticulous with numbers & strong attention to detail

• Good organizational and multitasking skills

• Some exposure to or interest in insurance claim handling is a bonus

• Team player with a positive attitude
