Assist in accounts preparation (AR, AP, GL and bank reconciliations)
Assist in preparing and analysing monthly and yearly financial management reports.
Assist in periodical budgeting and forecasting
Assist in GST filing, conduct income tax computation reviews, and ensure timely tax filing.
Assist in payroll processing, IR8A and IR21.
Manage petty cash and staff claims.
Manage office administration
Take on any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Contract and Invoice Management: Support and assist in managing daily contracts and invoices.
Project Tracking: Assist in monitoring project efforts and time tracking.
