A leading company in financial services seeks an accounting assistant to contribute to payment processing and reconciliation tasks. Candidates should have proficiency in MYOB and Excel, with at least an 'O' or 'N' level education. Those with relevant experience will have an advantage.
Input data for payment vouchers, purchase orders, sales invoices, and receipts. Input data for daily loan repayments. Prepare bank reconciliations and bank records. Reconcile bank balances per GL against bank statements. Provide adjustment entries for accounting errors. Ensure all month-end closing documents are submitted to the accountant in a timely manner.
Proficient in MYOB software.
Educational requirement: At least 'O' or 'N' level or above.
Minimum 1 year of working experience or related experience is an advantage.
Proficient in Excel and other Office applications.
