Qualifications

• Perform accurate data entries;

• Perform ad-hoc accounting functions;

• Prepare schedules and financial reports;

• Coordinate with bankers, auditors and tax agents;

• Assist Senior if necessary.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Accountancy or Business Studies

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in performing accounting and administration function

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to work independently

• Experience in MYOB accounting software

• Experience in handling a pool of portfolio clients

• Some experience in accounts consolidation

• Conversant in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
