Job summary

The role involves overseeing accounts, preparing financial reports, and liaising with auditors. Qualifications

- Manage accounts payable, receivables, and general ledger functions.
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports.

Bachelor or Diploma in Accountancy
Responsibilities:
- Handle full range/ partial of accounting responsibilities, including overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivables, and general ledger functions.
- Work closely with business units for smooth daily accounting operations.
- Ensure timely, complete, and accurate recording of accounting entries.
- Perform proper intercompany transactions and reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports within the stipulated timeline.
- Prepare the quarterly GST filing.
- Prepare required schedules / reports for yearly audit and tax purposes.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents or authorities as required.
- Preferred knowledge in preparing Consolidation Financial Statements.
- Assist in any ad hoc assignment and reporting if required.
Requirement:
- Bachelor or Diploma in Accountancy
- At least 3 years experiences, candidate with more than 3 years experiences in full set accounting will be considered a senior position
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
