Job description

- Report to the Finance Manager and provide guidance to the Accounts Assistant.

- Check outgoing payments before submission for approval and ensure journal entries are properly recorded in the company books.

- Liaise with the Tax agent for corporate income tax computation and assist with other tax matters (e.g., S45 withholding tax).

- Perform monthly CO costing closing process using SAP system.

- Assist in monthly management report analysis and prepare the reports.

- Review and submit GST to IRAS quarterly and assist the Finance Manager with interim and year-end audit matters.

- Assist the Finance Manager with coordination, stock take reconciliation, and annual physical stock counts.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in full set accounting, manufacturing costing, and SAP.

- Supervisory experience is a plus.

- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Knowledge of SAP accounting system is preferred.

- Responsible, team-oriented, proactive, and good interpersonal skills.
