Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general office admin support
- Full-cycle recruitment and on-boarding for new joiners.
- Administer work pass application, renewal and cancellation.
- Conduct new joiners' orientation and ensure smooth on-boarding for all new joiners.
- Assist/Handle full set of accounts, including Account Payable and Account Receivable, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliation.
- Generate invoices to customers on monthly basis.
- Prepare GIRO collection/ payment via online banking.
- Prepare Payroll and CPF submission.
- Prepare payments to vendors via online banking/ TT remittance.
- Prepare financial reports for management.
Job Requirements
- Familiar with Accounting Software QuickBooks preferred.
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Well versed in computer skills such as MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be meticulous, resourceful and able to multi-tasks in handling tasks.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printer machines.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Team player, meticulous and able to work independently with minimal supervision within tight deadlines.
