Job description

• Generate and process client invoices based on verified Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation
• Liaise with the operations team to ensure prompt retrieval of PODs for billing purposes.
• Reconcile electronic order records against PODs to maintain invoice accuracy.
• Manage billing adjustments related to product returns or delivery discrepancies; collaborate with relevant departments to validate and finalize invoice data.
• Upload invoices to clients’ designated electronic portals, where applicable.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and proactively follow up with clients on overdue invoices.
• Investigate billing disputes or discrepancies and propose effective resolutions.
• Deliver high-quality customer service through timely and professional communication via email and phone.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice issuance to support optimal client satisfaction levels.
• Recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of billing and accounts-related processes.
