Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executiveto join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support the accounting department by managing daily financial tasks, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting in financial reporting. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, payments, and expenses in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and process financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain and update financial records, spreadsheets, and ledgers.
  • Assist in payroll processing and VAT/GST filings (if applicable).
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
  • Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation.
  • Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as required.
