The incumbent is responsible for some accounting functions, support to business units, report generation, and other admin duties.

Make An Impact By

Finance and Accounting

  • Assist in preparing journals for month-end closing
  • Assist in preparing balance sheet reconciliations for accruals and intercompany GL accounts
  • Update monthly financial performance slides and perform variance analysis
  • Assist in operational admin matters such as preparing bank statements and processing refunds to customers
  • Assist in preparing schedules and ad hoc reports
  • Process invoices for payment
  • Perform UAT on system enhancements and conduct regular testing to ensure backend system accounting entries comply with accounting principles
  • Assist in quarterly budgeting and forecasting exercises
  • Liaise with CFUs on accounting and admin matters

Skills to Succeed

  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent from a recognized Polytechnic
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in Business Partnering, Accounting, Financial Planning
  • Organized and meticulous. Good interpersonal and communication skills. A team player who can work independently and manage multiple workstreams concurrently
