Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all financial transactions, ensuring accurate processing and recording.
- Manage school accounts payable and receivable, including payments to vendors and invoicing parents.
- Reconcile financial statements, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure financial health.
- Assist with payroll processing for staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial documents.
- Provide support during audits and assist in the preparation of required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
- Knowledge of accounting softwares and MS Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in an educational or non-profit setting is a plus.
