Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.

  • Support daily accounting operations, including the posting of invoices, receipts, and payments.

  • Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, inter-company balances, GST, taxes, and general ledger accounts.

  • Prepare detailed balance sheet schedules and other supporting accounting documentation.

  • Retrieve, verify, and follow up on supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.

  • Handle routine accounting tasks such as data entry, document filing, photocopying, and scanning.

  • Maintain and organize supporting documents and folders on shared drives.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple accounting assignments.

  • Undertake ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Possess LCCI, CAT, ACCA (completed Papers F1 to F8), or a Diploma in Accounting. Graduates from local institutions or Polytechnics will be preferred.

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting or administrative experience.

  • Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.

  • Able to follow instructions and work closely with immediate supervisors.

  • Well-organized with strong prioritization and time management skills.

  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and a willingness to learn.

  • Polite, respectful, and dynamic team player with a “can-do” mindset.

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.

  • Singaporeans/SPRs.
