Accounts Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the full scope of accounting functions for our subsidiary and associate companies. This role is critical to strengthening our financial operations and supporting the company through a dynamic expansion phase.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to the Director and provide regular financial updates.

  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of all accounting transactions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).

  • Prepare and maintain full set of accounts independently.

  • Monitor and manage company cash flow to ensure financial stability.

  • Prepare, file, and reconcile quarterly GST returns.

  • Support administration and HR functions, including payroll, leave management, work pass applications, and expense claims.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements; submit reports to relevant authorities as needed.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, etc.) to provide financial insights and support business functions.

Requirements:
  • Minimum LCCI qualification or equivalent

  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

  • Proficient in MYOB accounting software.

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.

  • A self-starter and team player with excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors.
