Due to business expansion plan in Singapore, we are currently looking for a candidate to perform the below duties:

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare Weekly Aging Accounts Report

• Prepare Weekly Aging Payables Report

• Creation of Customer Code and Vendor Code

• Credit Control and weekly preparation of payments to Vendors

• Assisting in weekly Cashforecast

• Follow up on long outstanding debts with customers

• Intercompany reconciliations

• Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records

• Reconcile accounts payable transactions

• Assist with month end closing

• Provide supporting documentation for audits

• Assist the Finance team in the management reporting and financial planning analysis

• Other ad hoc special assignment as and when assigned by the Head of Finance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or ACCA.

• Knowledge of accounts receivable or payable

• Knowledge of general accounting procedures

• Knowledge of relevant accounting software

• Proficient in data entry and management

• 1-3 years accounts receivables or general accounting experience

*Good candidate will be cross trained for exposure into other finance function for career development.
