Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Perform bank reconciliations and process payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Handle petty cash management and reimbursements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
- Assist with audits and tax filings as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Perform other ad hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, SAP) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
