Job description
Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance Functions:

• Manage full set of accounting functions, including intercompany reconciliations, audit schedules, and year-end closing activities

• Prepare and finalise management reports and annual financial statements.

• Conduct project cost reporting with variance analysis and propose cost control measures.

• Perform fixed assets accounting and maintain related schedules.

• Manage bank and petty cash reconciliations, ensuring accuracy of cash flow and proper documentation of all cash transactions.

• Review, verify, and process employee expense claims in accordance with internal policies and GST guidelines

• Execute additional finance-related functions as needed.

Statutory Compliance:

• Compute and file GST and corporate tax returns computations in accordance with Singapore regulations.

• Ensure adherence to reporting deadlines and compliance requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation for audit and tax purposes.

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders such as auditors, tax authorities and corporate secretaries.

Billing Operations:

• Execute end-to-end invoice issuance and processing for telecommunication services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Perform verification and reconciliation of vendor-submitted invoices within the accounting system.

• Track and document eSIM purchases and sales across multiple distribution channels.

• Perform reconciliation of vendor usage reports against internal sales data.

• Extract, analyse, and organise transactional data from e-commerce platforms for reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent qualification

• Minimum 3 years in full sets accounting

• Demonstrated knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and GST requirements

• Working experience with accounting software packages

Technical Competencies

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Experience with financial reporting and general ledger functions

• Knowledge of accounting software such as Autocount/Zetta is a plus

• Familiarity of statutory compliance requirement and audit processes

• Working experience in telecommunications industry is a plus
