Qualifications

• Handle full set of accounts, including AR, AP, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Perform month-end closing and prepare accurate financial reports.
• Prepare and post journal entries and adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cash flow and oversee bank transactions.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents; support year-end audits.
• Ensure compliance with IRAS, GST, and statutory regulations.

Skills

Proficient in SAPB1 or other ERP systems

Job Description:

• Handle full set of accounts, including AR, AP, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Perform month-end closing and prepare accurate financial reports
• Prepare and post journal entries and adjustments
• Monitor cash flow and oversee bank transactions
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents; support year-end audits
• Ensure compliance with IRAS, GST, and statutory regulations
• Maintain documentation and systematic filing of financial records
• Provide administrative support to the finance team
