Job Description:

1. Responsible for full cycle of fixed assets which includes maintaining fixed asset register, prepare journal entry.

2. Updating cash book record on sales collection.

3. Preparing bank reconciliations and balance sheet schedule.

4. Performing month-end closing journal including periodic outlet stock-take, reconciliation reports of any shortages, input of stock items into accounting system.

5. Performing analysis on revenues and expenses.

6. Assist in year-end audit.

7. Assist in month end closing.

8. Handling full cycle accounts receivable.

9. Assist in ad-hoc projects/new assignments when assigned.

Requirements:

1. Experienced in reviewing subordinate's tasks.

2. Preferably with 2-3 years of accounting related job experience.

3. Able to handle fast paced workload.

4. Comfortable to work overtime, weekends and public holidays if necessary.

5. Meticulous and has an eye for detail.

6. Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
