Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client companies on accounting engagements.

  • Full set accounts and month end financial reporting

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Prepare / Review month end balance sheet reconciliation, bank reconciliation, accounts supporting schedules and internal control reports

  • Prepare quarterly GST submission and income tax schedule

  • Assist in preparation of year end finance statement

  • Liaise with auditor for audit matters & schedules

  • Attend to internal and external queries and requests (e.g. tax, internal audit, external audit, etc.)

  • Prepare costing report an analysis

  • Familiar with Auto Account System

  • Other ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Accountancy

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts independently

  • Previous audit experience is an added advantage

  • Proficient in MS Excel

  • Organized, meticulous and analytical

  • Independent, multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure
