Job Description & Requirements
Job Scope:
- Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure they are up-to-date.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
- Prepare Quarterly GST Submissions on time.
- Liaise with Commercial Department on projects invoicing & Work in progress.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations, costing and tracking efficiency.
- Assist in yearly audit, handle audit queries.
- Assist to verify staff claims for reimbursement.
- Handle additional tasks or projects assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a finance or accounting role and be well versed in handling multiple accounts including construction work in progress accounts.
