Une entreprise de santé de premier plan recherche un assistant comptable pour gérer les opérations financières quotidiennes. Les responsabilités incluent la gestion des paiements, la préparation des déclarations fiscales et le soutien lors de la clôture mensuelle. Ce poste convient aux diplômés en comptabilité désireux d'apprendre dans un environnement dynamique.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with data entry, record keeping, and report generation.
- Processing invoices, payments, and other financial documents.
- Reconciling bank statements and managing petty cash.
- Support month-end closing and prepare balance sheet schedules
- Preparation of GST quarterly submission
- Preparation of aging report and assist in following up with customers on all outstanding payments
- Assisting in inventory count observation and control
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor and management
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy Studies
- Highly analytical, self-motivated, meticulous, process-driven and willing to learn
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of MYOB and XERO will be advantageous
- Preferably with 1- 2 years relevant experience in Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable in Singapore
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply –training will be provided
