Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Accounts Receivables function.
- Assist in budget preparation and year-end financial statement.
- Assist in month-end closing and reconciliation, accruals and journal entries, preparation of accounting schedules.
- Issue invoices to customers and record in the system.
- Attend to internal and external auditors' queries on AR matters.
- Perform month-end stock reconciliation between GL and EFI system.
- Monthly update audit schedule.
- Match PO against invoice and goods received note for incoming shipments.
- Involved in yearly physical stock count and fixed assets count exercise.
- Any ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience and exposure to accounting systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Well-versed in MS Office applications.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure to meet reporting deadlines.
- Fresh graduates in Accountancy are welcome.
