Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Handling of Full set of Accounts (AR/AP/GL)
• Preparation & Input of journal entries
• Preparation of cheque payments and expenses schedule
• Perform Accounts Reconciliation & submit quarterly GST reporting
• Experience in handling debtor/creditor and Audit experience required
• Perform such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ Level and LCCI in Accounting
• 3 years experience in relevant accounting
• Knowledge of Navision accounting software & Payroll System an advantage
• Able to work independently without much supervision
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin, to handle mandarin speaking customers
• Amicable, good interpersonal skill/team spirit and working attitudes
