About the role

FEI SIONG FASTFOOD PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. This full-time role will be responsible for providing transactional and administrative support to ensure accurate, effective and efficient operations of the Accounts function and that vendors and service providers are paid within established time limits.

What you'll be doing

• Review invoices and check payment requests to ensure accuracy, completeness and timely disbursement.
• Verify transactions to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Sort invoices received, data entry of invoices/ GRN and perform 2-way match.
• Ensure payment request have appropriate approvals.
• Perform timely and proper posting of payments and journals into system.
• Liaise with procurement teams if there are PO variations to resolve differences between invoice and PO amount.
• Resolve payment discrepancies related to payment processing and escalate issue to accountant, if necessary.

What we're looking for

• Minimum a Diploma in Accounting/ Business / Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Meticulous, numerically inclined, analytical, detailed-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision and dependable in meeting tight deadlines.
• A strong team player with good organisational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel is an advantage.
• Experience in F&B industry is an advantage.
