Job summary

A leading company in the energy sector is looking for an experienced Accounting professional to manage full accounts including audit schedules, GST preparation, and month-end closing. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in finance/accountancy and at least 2 years of relevant experience while exhibiting strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in keeping full set of accounts.
• Resourceful, self-motivated, meticulous and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL) and audit schedules.
• Perform month-end closing for financial reporting within timeline.
• Quarterly GST preparation.

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL) and audit schedules
• Quarterly GST preparation
• Housekeeping and filing of finance documents
• Perform month-end closing for financial reporting within timeline
• In charge of stock take and resolve any inventory discrepancies
• Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the management, if any

Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent with at least 2 Year(s) of experience in keeping full set of accounts
• Excellent organisation, problem solving and communication skills
• Resourceful, self-motivated, meticulous and able to work independently with initiative
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Be bilingual inEnglish and Mandarin to effectively work withcustomers, ability to converse in dialects will be an advantage
