An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to manage accounts and support financial operations. Responsibilities:
Prepare full set of accounts
Involve in day-to-day finance operation which includes preparation of payments, validating of invoices, preparation of sales invoices and POs, create e-invoice in government portal, etc
Calculate monthly manhour costs and pass journal in system
Prepare quarterly project recognition report and reconcile WIPs
Prepare quarterly GST return
Reconcile fixed asset functions include tagging, capitalization, transfer, disposal and depreciation
Assist in audit and tax enquiries
Maintain good documentation and proper filing systems
Other ad-hoc financial and accounting task as assigned
Requirements:
Singaporean & Permanent Residents preferred
Minimum diploma in accountancy/ LCCI or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
Hands-on experience in accounting systems (MYOB, XERO, etc)
Experience and knowledge in project accounting or FRS 115 is a plus
Knowledge of FRS 116
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and excellent working knowledge of excel
