• Responsible for full set of accounts


• Responsible for the efficient day-to-day functioning of the accounts section AR, AP, & GL


• Supplier and sub-con payment matters. Payment mode: Cheque, Giro, T/T, Invoice Financing and Letter of Credit


• Prepare sales invoice.


• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation


• Prepare quarterly GST returns


• Handle petty cash administration


• Assist in generation of financial reports and perform analysis


• Perform general administrative duties such as maintenance of documentation for compliance


• Preparation of audit schedules


• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by direct superior

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance or Accountancy


• Minimum 3 years working experience in construction industry is required for this position


• Candidate shall possess willingness to learn, positive and open-minded mindset


• Candidate shall be outcome oriented and take ownership of the duties assigned
