Job Description
- Responsible for full set of accounts
- Responsible for the efficient day-to-day functioning of the accounts section AR, AP, & GL
- Supplier and sub-con payment matters. Payment mode: Cheque, Giro, T/T, Invoice Financing and Letter of Credit
- Prepare sales invoice.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- Prepare quarterly GST returns
- Handle petty cash administration
- Assist in generation of financial reports and perform analysis
- Perform general administrative duties such as maintenance of documentation for compliance
- Preparation of audit schedules
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by direct superior
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance or Accountancy
- Minimum 3 years working experience in construction industry is required for this position
- Candidate shall possess willingness to learn, positive and open-minded mindset
- Candidate shall be outcome oriented and take ownership of the duties assigned
