Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience required.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely month-end closing of accounts

• Handle daily accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger

• Process Letters of Credit and Trust Receipts for submission to the bank

• Prepare GST quarterly returns, XBRL filings, annual government statistical reports, and income tax computations

• Conduct stock take and coordinate closely with warehouse personnel

• Assist in preparing audit schedules and supporting documents for the annual Group audit

• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Minimum GCE A-Level or Diploma in Finance/Accounting; a Degree in Accountancy or ACCA/CPA qualification is preferred

• At least 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience

• Proficient in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Navision preferred (training will be provided)

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

• Willing to work in the Tuas area
