A Singaporean company is seeking an individual to contribute to their financial activities, including managing accounting functions and assisting in statutory submissions. Ideal candidates will hold a Diploma in Accounting, possess strong communication skills, and have experience with MS Office and Xero. This role offers a chance to work closely with company executives in a dynamic environment.
Playing a role in the financial activities of the Company and/or its subsidiaries which includes:
Working directly with director of the company
Managing the full spectrum of general accounting and finance functions, including monthly closing and reporting, project costing, budgeting and forecast, cash flow management and tax submissions
Preparing of monthly bank reconciliations
Assisting in statutory submission
Preparing and maintaining audit and tax schedules and supporting documents
Assisting in simple HR matters (CPF, IR8A)
Undertaking any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
What we are looking for:
Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience for renovation company
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Proficient in Xero
