ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

About the role

Our company is seeking an exceptional Account Executive to join our team in the West Region. This full-time position is crucial in supporting the company's accounting operations and providing high-quality financial services to our clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
2. Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely and efficient manner
3. Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
4. Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
5. Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and internal policies

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role
2. Strong proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero
3. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field
