Job description

We are seeking a motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will assist the Finance Manager in managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and aligning with HQ guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices, staff claims, and intercompany transactions in accordance with company policies.

  • Manage contracts related to office expenses and staff welfare.

  • Manage global cash pool activities.

  • Handle global netting and settlement processes.

  • Assist with month-end journal entries, budget planning, and budget applications.

  • Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns.

  • Assist with the month-end closing, year end audit process and corporate tax filling.

  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent professional qualification with 2-3 years of working experience in finance or accounting.

  • Knowledge of IFRS and financial principles and procedures.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably with SAP experience.

  • Meticulous, independent, able to multitask and a good team player with good communication skills as well as ability to deliver quality work within stipulated timeline.

  • Candidates with immediate availability would be an advantage.

  • Only Singaporean/PR may apply.
