Job description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for month end closing for a group of entities
  • Responsible for finance operations covering the accounts receivable and payable functions
  • Preparation of monthly financial/management reports and audit schedules
  • Cashflow management
  • Handle full spectrum of payroll and responsible for payroll processing of a small team of staff
  • Handling the corporate tax and GST returns.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agent and secretarial agents in relation to statutory audit, tax and other compliance matters.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

  • Min. Diploma in Accountancy or Business with more than 2 years of relevant working experience and can do full sets of accounts
  • Part time role can be considered
  • Good Knowledge of Financial Reporting Standard & proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written & oral communication with good interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with the relevant disclosure requirements and regulations
  • Meticulous with strong organizational and communication skills good analytical skills
  • Self-driven and possess positive attitude
