Job summary

Une entreprise à Singapour recherche un Comptable (ou Responsable de comptes) pour rejoindre son équipe. Le candidat idéal soutiendra l'émission de factures, le suivi des comptes et la préparation des audits de fin d'année. Un diplôme en comptabilité ou finance est requis, avec de solides compétences en gestion du temps et en multi-tâches. Une expérience avec le logiciel Xero serait un atout.

Responsibilities

• Supporter l'émission de factures et le suivi des comptes recevables.
• Préparer les audits de fin d'année et soutenir la comptabilité.
• Suivre l'état des comptes clients.

Job Title: Accountant (Or Accounts Executive)

Headcount: 1

Reporting to Finance Manager (Singapore)

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the issuance of invoices and report on the status of accounts receivable
• Follow up on status of accounts receivables
• Support accounting obligations to customers and third-party vendors
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management
• Support year-end audit preparation.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance or the related degree
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Excel, MS Office
• Experience in Xero would be an added advantage.
