Accounts Executive
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash management
- Prepare and ensure timely reconciliation of financial transactions, profit and loss statements, cash flow report and GST filing
- Execute month-end closing procedures and conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of full sets of accounts.
- Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen business acumen.
- High level of figure sensitivity, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in handling financial data.
