Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an Accounts Executive to manage full sets of accounts and assist in budgeting and reporting. The ideal candidate will have O-Level qualifications, relevant accounting experience, and proficiency in software like QuickBooks or Xero. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for interacting with clients. The position is permanent with a salary up to $2800 plus variable bonus.

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full sets of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations

  • Process and document interior design invoices

  • Coordinate and arrange timely payments to vendors and suppliers

  • Perform monthly financial data analysis and prepare management reports

  • Prepare and submit annual tax documentation and support audit processes

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST and CPF submissions

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions

  • Assist in budgeting and forecastingactivities

Period:

  • Permanent

Salary:

  • Up to $2800 + VB

Working hours:

  • Mon – Sun (any 5 days, arrange with Director accordingly), 9am - 6pm

Location:

  • Lavender

Requirements:

  • Minimum O-Level; candidates with LCCI, diploma in Accounting, or related certifications will be an advantage

  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or administrative roles

  • Familiar with handling full sets of accounts

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written) to liaise with native English-speaking clients
