Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for full sets of Accounts
• Prepare month-end and year-end financial statements
• Prepare financial statements, payments, AR billings, journals, monthly schedules, bank statement reconciliations, staff reimbursements, GST submission etc.
• Prepare management reports i.e. project analytics, revenue, costs, cash flows, AP, AR, Related Party Transactions reconciliation for group reporting & etc.
• Liaise with internal and external parties on billings, payments, reconciliations, taxation matters
• Assist in banking matters, account opening, LC, insurance bond & etc.
• Assist in corporate secretarial activities
• Coordination for physical inventory and fixed assets count on an ad-hoc basis
• Responsible for statistical filing
• Hands-on and work with other team members for finance deliverables

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel (intermediate level)
• Analytical, meticulous, has good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in construction/ logistic industry is an advantage
• At least 2-3 years of working experience
