Job Description & Requirements

The Accounts Executive supports the Accounting department by performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact checking, filing, and other duties, as needed.

Job Scope:

  • Book keeping
  • Coordinate and getting complete accounting information and supporting documents from clients.
  • Coordinate, communicate and work well with staff from other departments within the organization, with the ultimate objective to meet the deadlines of delivering accounts and financial reports.
  • Good knowledge and well versed in computer usage within the organization and the use of APAC systems.
  • Management of operational budgets and vacancies.
  • Assist in the balance sheet analysis and reconciliations process.
  • Prepare cheques and payment to vendors and other clients.
  • Any ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in accountancy or equivalent qualifications
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in full sets of accounts
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
