ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (AP)

Salary: $3500*

Note: Salary budget is only up to $3,500.

• 13 Months AWS
• Average of 2 to 3 months AWS plus Variable Bonus in past years**

Working Days: Monday to Friday, 5 days a week

Location: Central Region, near ICA, Lavender MRT (6 mins walk)

Transport: Buses: 67, 857, 23, 64, 65, 66, 130, 139, 147

Employment Type: Permanent job offer

Candidate Qualities:

• Nice personality
• Team player and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal, PC, and communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Immediate or short notice / 1-month notice period

Qualifications:

• Doing AP and able to handle AP
• Cert, Dip, Degree

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in disbursement of grants
2. Assist in issuance of invoices, debit notes, and credit notes
3. Assist in monitoring accounts receivables and recoverable items
4. Facilitate disbursement of allowances (once or twice per month)
5. Process Financial Assistance Scheme applications
6. Manage insurance claims and assist with insurance-related matters
7. Participate in month-end and year-end accounts closing, including reconciliation, accruals, and prepayment schedules
8. Liaise with internal and external auditors on audit matters
9. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
