Job description

We are a dedicated Special Education School committed to providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment for children with special needs. Our team strives to make a meaningful impact on our students' lives, and we are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. Singaporeans and SPR only.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle all financial transactions, ensuring accurate processing and recording.
  • Manage school accounts payable and receivable, including payments to vendors and invoicing parents.
  • Reconcile financial statements, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure financial health.
  • Assist with payroll processing for staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial documents.
  • Provide support during audits and assist in the preparation of required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
  • Knowledge of accounting softwares and MS Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in an educational or non-profit setting is a plus.
