About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts cum Operation Executive to join our company. This full-time role is based in the West Region of Singapore and will play a key part in overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accurate financial records and annual financial reports

• Handling accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment processing and collection

• Supporting the operations team with administrative and operational tasks as needed

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial data and analysis

• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing more efficient practices

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field

• min 3 years of experience in a similar Accounts cum Operations role.

• Work experience in the Manufacturing or Trading or Retail industry is advantages.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and relevant regulations

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
