A leading company in Singapore, M-Vista Pte Ltd, seeks an experienced professional for an accounting and HR role. The candidate will manage accounting duties and assist with HR administration while enjoying a supportive environment and growth opportunities within the company. This role requires a strong educational background in accounting, preferably with three years of relevant experience.
Accounts
Responsibilities:
Handle full spectrum of accounting duties
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, compliance with company policies, compliance with group reporting principles as well as legal and regulatory requirement.
Ensure timely submission of all statutory obligations such as GST Submission, unaudited accounts & filing of various statutory returns.
Liaise with bankers, vendors, auditors, tax agent, corporate secretarial and government agencies.
Ensure proper housekeeping of Finance documents
Human Resource
Responsibilities:
Assist with day to day operations in HR administration.
Handle & process staff's payroll.
Administer medical, insurance claims and other related claims
Preparation of statutory submission such as CPF, IRAS, Government surveys and Government related claims
Handle employee onboarding & off-boarding processes
Process & handle all work pass related issues (Application, renewal and cancellation)
Maintain and update all the related HR records
Maintain SOPs and policies relating to HR processes

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in an accounting role is preferred.
Must possess a high degree of self-motivation, be result-oriented and able to work independently.
Strong financial analytical and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central accounting software and Info-Tech payroll software is an advantage.
Candidates who can join immediate or on short notice period will be at an advantage.
