Located at Paya Ubi Industrial Park, it offers services like airport transfers, corporate transport, wedding car rentals, and luxury vehicle leasing. Our fleet includes Mercedes-Benz sedans, MPVs, and minibuses. Known for professionalism and comfort, we caters to both personal and corporate clients.
The Responsibilities:
Accounts Role:
Responsible for full spectrum of accounting functions for a few entities
Handle full sets of company accounts (AP, AR, GL), including monthly accounts submission
Perform reconciliation (bank, inter-company accounts, accounts receivable)
Ensure accounting operations are carried out in accordance to internal accounting procedures
Monitor AR ageing report and follow up with the collection for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
Monthly update of loan and creating GIRO transactions
Update on daily instalment payments, admin record and filing
Prepare online payment
Handle enquiries relating to orders and ad hoc assignments as required
HR Role:
Recruitment process, include job posting, conduct interviews and onboarding.
Prepare employment-related letters such as employment contract, confirmation letters, resignation acceptance letters, and off-boarding procedures.
Handle payroll, leave management, day to day operations.
Manage work pass renewals, applications, cancellations, and levy waiver requests.
Process monthly payroll, overtime, claims and allowances.
Handle submission and processing of statutory payments and claims, including CPF,IR21,IR8A, NS claims, Government-Paid Leave, and training grant submissions.
Attend to employees' enquiries regarding payroll and leave matters.
Maintain accurate records in the HR system and employees' personal files.
The Requirements
LCCI in accounting and/or Diploma in HR Management
3 years of experience in accounting background and HR related functions.
Experience in hire purchase, block discount, automotive industry preferred.
