Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts cum HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to handle accounting duty independently & the work scope of HR administrative will be partially supported by administrative staff.

Responsibilities

Accounting:

  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Handle daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in month-end and year-end closings.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Ensure timely filing of tax and statutory compliance reports.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis.

Human Resources:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
  • Process payroll and ensure accurate salary disbursement.
  • Address employee grievances and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Requirement
  • Diploma / Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Prefer candidate with both HR & Accounting experience
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
