Responsibilities include handling full accounts, managing recruitment, payroll processing, and overseeing employee documentation. Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts cum HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to handle accounting duty independently & the work scope of HR administrative will be partially supported by administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
Handle full set of accounts
Handle daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Prepare financial reports and assist in month-end and year-end closings.
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
Ensure timely filing of tax and statutory compliance reports.
Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis.
Human Resources:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
Process payroll and ensure accurate salary disbursement.
Address employee grievances and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
Preferably to have full-set accounting experience
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
