Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of financial statements and management reports.
• Process daily AR, AP, GL functions and payroll duties.
• Liaise with auditors and manage vendor payments.

1. Prepare full set of financial statements

2. Process and manage daily AR, AP, GL functions

3. Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting

4. Liaise with auditor, tax agent and company secretary

5. Able to handle financial and management reporting

6. Able to perform CPF and GST submission

7. Fixed assets schedule

8. Process payments to vendors

9. Send SOA and follow up on customers outstanding amount

10. Review and monitor an overseas office accounts

11. Payroll/HR duties

12. Experience with WP and EP online

Job Requirement

1. CAT/ACCA/Diploma/Degree in Accounting

2. Min 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in Logistics industry

3. Knowledge of ACCPAC ERP is a plus

4. Independent worker, team player, responsible

5. Self-motivated

6. Work by Tai Seng MRT

7. Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
